Our priorities and values

Build and mobilize a network of partners

“Infectious diseases still kill each year about 15 million people worldwide, that is roughly one quarter of the global mortality. Even worse, half of those deaths involved children under 5 years living mostly in developing countries. As an example, and for the tuberculosis only, the introduction of an appropriate diagnosis offer would save 400,000 lives each year.”

Specifically adapted to the field conditions of low-income countries, and in line with the WHO recommendations, Omunis diagnostic tests allow:

  • To limit the spread of a disease
  • To accelerate the obtaining of results in order to avoid inappropriate or delayed treatments
  • To slow the appearing of resistance by reducing the proportion of useless treatments
  • To produce reliable epidemiologic data to facilitate the deployment of better adapted Health Care policies
